Guest guest Posted October 20, 2005 Report Share Posted October 20, 2005 Hello, I'm new too......this is the beginning of Day 4 for me and I haven't felt this good in years. I am so excited and staying on the plan has been extremely easy for me. I haven't been hungry and when I am I eat. Who could ask for me than that? Today I have added walking and did that for 30 minutes earlier today. I have lost 3 lbs although I lost about 8 lbs before starting just by reading all of your posts for a couple of weeks. I was so much more conscious of what I was eating even though I hadn't started " the plan " . I have never been more excited by an eating plan than I am by this because I know I can do it. (And I have been on and off Weight Watchers since I was about 16/ (I am much older than that now). Good luck to all of us who started this past Monday (and everyone else too). I've also tried many other diets, and nothing had seemed to work yet. FINALLY the sugar & carb cravings are dulling GREATLY!! Good Luck to everyone!!
