Welcome to the group! I had acid reflux for years. My symptom was a cough. That was it. But I got bronchitis twice from it before any doctor could figure out what was happening. Then I was on acid blockers twice a day every day to keep things in place. Since I've been on the Beach and eating 6 times a day, I've not even had heartburn. Every once in a while, if I know I'm going to eat spicy food, I'll take an acid blocker to prevent heartburn. Eating frequently has made all the difference in the world. And I've lost weight, too! -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@... Guest guest
Hi Clara, Yes, I'm in the same chapter as Shorty and Leola. They are wonderful people, I don't know how our chapter would survive without them! Were you in Plainview for fun day? I'm looking forward to getting to know my fellow TexasTops. I've met so many wonderful people on the cybertops loop, I KNOW I will enjoy this one as much, if not more. Thanks for the big welcome.
