Actually, a sore tailbone. It's been sore for over a month. I've never bruised my tailbone before and I'm hearing that bone bruises take a long time to heal. I didn't fall, so I'm not sure how it got bruised. But when I feel the end of it, it is very tender so something must have happened. When I sit in certain positions that put too much pressure on it, it is painful. Certain chairs are worse than others. The only thing I can think of is that until 2 months ago, I had started to get back to using my stationary bike. I can remember it feeling tender when I was riding, but I kept riding because I was determined to get back into an exercise routine. I think that's what did it, because I'm not sitting any more at the computer than I've usually done. I've been wanting to buy one of those little tubes you sit on but haven't done it yet, just hoping it could clear up. It is a bit better than a couple of weeks ago but not healed yet.
