Amy,

I am in the same boat. Yesterday we went to the coast and I enjoyed fish and chips for one meal and upped the ante with other carbs. Today is back to induction and time to be good. Our stats are similar except my end goal is 130. No more days off for me. My challenge to myself is a one month no cheat calendar. We switched our fridges around and now I have ice water at all times and no more excuses. I hope you found your stay at the beach as relaxing as mine. There is something about the sound of the surf and the feel of the breeze off the water that is so peaceful and renewing for me.

----- back from a week at Myrtle Beach, with no weight gain to show for it, Thank goodness cuz I ate like a horse. The scale may not be registering any effects, but my body is-I'm puffy, and feel like I'm walking in a cloud all the time. Today is back to induction for me, get all this junk cleared out of my system. . .and tomorrow is back to the "normal" grind of real life. My DH & daughter got me a new scale for mother's day--I found that my old one was 10 lbs off. I updated my stats to reflect the new scale: 222/191/160ish? Amy

Hello there! Sorry it's been so long since I have written

anything. It's just been crazy here with nursing school and

and I trying to find a house. It's very exciting though. We go out

on Saturdays and have a good time. Nursing school is kickin my

butt, but it's worth it! I love the Pharmaceuticals class, and a

lot of the medications that come up I obviously already knew--so I

have a one up on the other people. :-D

Everything settled down with my labs. There is still a trace of

protein in my urine, but they believe thats my other kidneys are

doing the dirty work. My kidney is working great and all my other

labs are awesome (Creatinine 1.2, BUN 7) So I'm a happy girl. I

hope everyone is doing well, and I'll talk to you soon.
