Yup. My DD gets mouth sores when she gets glutened. She says they

are different than your average canker sore. They are bigger and last

for up to 3 weeks.

I think so I used to get mouth sores almost constantly when I was eating gluten I haven't had one in over a year. MassIan's Mimi wrote: Are mouth sores a symptom? I keep getting sores on the roof of my mouth.Mimi

I had mouth sores constantly for many years before going gluten free. I've been gluten free for 5 years now and only get sores in my mouth when I've been accidently glutened. They all healed up after I was gluten free for about 2 months. That reminds me. I used to get cysts in my ear lobes all the time. I haven't had any since I went off Gluten. It would feel like a little fluid filled ball inside my earlobe. Could that possibly be gluten related?

I had horrible sores in my mouth as a child. My mother's cure for that would be to hold a baby aspirin on the sore, which naturally ate an ulcer into my mouth.

best wishes

Must have been the folk cure at the time. My mom used to do that to my sister -

she got

terrible canker sores. (Secretly convinced she needs to go off gluten too.)
