I've been gluten free for 5 years now and only get sores in my mouth when I've been accidently glutened. They all healed up after I was gluten free for about 2 months. It would feel like a little fluid filled ball inside my earlobe. Could that possibly be gluten related? I had horrible sores in my mouth as a child.
