Guest guest
Well, I lost 5.2 pounds this week, but it works out to 2 punds officially since last week I gained 3.2 but chose not to weigh in at my meeting. I worked really hard for it last week and I feel totally back on track. And, it puts me in the 180s. I'm very proud of myself right now. 54 1/2 pounds total. I never, ever thought I could do that. On another note, I did something I've wanted to do for the last several years which I consider a huge NSV. My mom died from breast cancer 10 years ago and I finally signed up to do the Avon 2 day/40 mile walk for breast cancer. I've never been in the right place mentally and certainly I've never been as fit so now seems like the best time. The walk is in September so I have 9 months to train. Hey, it will be like giving birth. Wish me luck. Thanks.
