I believe hard cheese is generally GF, though many celiacs are sensative.

Nuts! They are high in fat (the good fat) and fiber.

Avocados. Butter, oils. Non-lean cuts of

meat, like ribs and bacon (a different health question…). Full fat dairy,

if you can have it. Olives. Someone else said nuts, which is the healthier

choice, of course.

Most ice cream (except obvious stuff like cookies and

cream) is GF.
