Guest guest
I want to report that I've been doing really well lately, more fruit than usual, but it doesn't seem to be causing cravings like processed foods do. For you newbies that are struggling w/ getting started, I want to share w/ you that this is the best WOE ever. Even though there are challenges sticking w/ it long term, that is true for any changes in life. I am healthier and feel better than I have since before my teens (I am 38). I made a super turkey salad yesterday (yes, we still have turkeys from the post-Thanksgiving sales, when DH went nuts and bought 20!). I mixed it w/ mayo, a few pecans, capers, dill pickles and celery. I was too lazy to make eggs for it, but that would be even better. I meant to put dill into it but accidentally put is basil and it is still good. The flavors mingle and it is much better the second day. I'm eating on an Ak-Mak, an lc cracker. Happy Eating to you all! :-) Beth in TX
