About late AF, how long are your luteal phases typically? This would give you an idea of how late you truely are. About the second line showing up after 2 hours - its kinda funny...my second line disappeared after that amount of time!! Maybe you found the one I lost!! It could mean that you're newly pg and the levels are low so it took a long time to turn positive, or it could be an evaporation line. You did the Right Thing getting a blood test. About being embarassed to get a blood test: DONT BE!! You need to allow your Dr. to protect your health and reproductive capacity. If your health care team is worth a bean they will want to monitor you as early as possible. About the spotting - it could be implantation or a number of other reasons women spot in early pg. I've read different estimates on implantation spotting. Some say it is day 5-7, other say around day 10 or so, so I'm not so clear on this either. As long as it is very light, and preferrably brownish it is not a show stopper. Please keep us posted. I feel like I managed to get off this roller coaster a week before you did this month.
