Guest guest
Dear Pat, You vent all you want! You are grieving too. Give yourself time and be patient with yourself. I am so sorry you lost your Mom over the Holidays. You know your Mom is still with you in spirit. She is watching over you. I lost my Mom several years ago. After the initial grieving period I had a very strong feeling she was with me. As time went on I knew she was with me giving strength to cope with her loss and live my life(I was 20 yrs). You have been in my prayers. Take it easy!!! Positive Attitude > I try to be positive & work very hard at it. Guest guest
Annie, Just wanted to say I am just about following you, been a little over a year and I am using a walker, my speech, while still not bad, is greatly affected taking much more energy to do. Swallowing etc. I fully expect to be in a chair by the end of this year. So you are not alone, hang in there, we will get through this. It sounds trite but I try to just focus on the present and immediate future, kind of live for today. If I start thinking where I'm heading, well, lets not... We are planning however for it, just had a bathroom remodeled for w/c access... I do have a question for you, did yours start in the upper body or lower? Mine started in the upper. dale Positive Attitude > >
