Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for writing. Yeah it could be that most of the symptoms are ignorable (is that a word? lol) during the years when we were spry and chipper, (when was that anyway)? I did feel much less spasticity in my legs though back then and my balance was way better overall. I can't walk without some kind of aid like 2 canes or a walker now. Most of the time I use my wheelchair cause it is just easier overall. Take care, Kelli Re: Positive Side Of Life > > > > > > > thank you rita. i take great pride in the things i can > > > still do, like grocery shopping, the laundry which i > > > have go to the laundromat, driving my car, running > > > general errands and the like. i've had pls for 6 years > > > now and i'm 36 years old, and to here what you > > > accomplished being 30 years in on this disease and > > > being 67 years young is amazing to me, and makes feel > > > better or not so afraid what the future might hold for > > > me. thank you so much for sharing. and you did by the > > > way help at least one person today. i too experienced > > > an eyeopener today while driving to pick up my son, > > > jack at daycare, i was listening to " all things > > > considered " on npr and they had a segment on a family > > > who's child has pardon the spelling kaysac's desease > > > which is terminal it destroys the central nervous in > > > no time flat. children last only 2 or 3 years. the > > > family that was on the show were in so much pain. i > > > was welling up in the car and instantly felt like the > > > luckiest man alive. and thanked GOD right then and > > > there for all my blessings and that HE has been very, > > > very good to me.take good care. > > > paul #11 > > > --- ritadfromhollis@... wrote: > > > > Hi All: > > > > > > > > I have some thoughts I wish ti share with all of you > > > > and would > > > > appreciate some feedback.
