Big loss this week to make up for last week's gain! I'm down 3 .5 pounds for a

total loss of 15 pounds. I feel great about that but still think that I could be

working the program harder. I need to start journalling again, which I did

yesterday. and even stayed in points, but I didnt get my water and veggies in.

My 15lb reward was a big one. I got a pocket pc yesterday which should help me

with points calculation and'journalling (I got it for other reasons as well).

Also, I am going back to work on Monday which should help with mindless eating.

Thanksgiving won't be bad as we are going to my Vegetaricin sister's house and

will have many low- point choices.

I hope everyone is doing wel1. I Know tnat there have been tons of great losses.
