Depends on how you use the weights.

The online guide counts 10 minutes of strength training (Universal Machine)

as 1 point.

When I do the 2 mile WATP which includes a few minutes of weights, I only

count it as 2 points.

If you go to www.journaltosuccess.com they have a SUPER activity points

calendar. The have different intensities of weight training and will

calculate APs by your exact weight. I use it all the time. Also does a

really cool graph to chart your weight loss. The whole site is free

too. You can not lose!
