Positive Self-Talk A Great WW Tool

You know something just came over me. I was just thinking how we all use the

tool Positive Self-Talk tool WW teaches and not even realize it. All of us use

it in one way or another. We tell ourselves how well we are doing and when

someone tells us how this and that that we are not doing something. We just tell

ourselves hey, we know what we are doing and work on what we have to do.

I am asked sometimes if I am going to lose more weight. People see that I

look good at the weight I am. I guess people get nervous because going too

thin is not good. I was 117.4 in August 2,001. That was my lowest on WW. Grant

it, I never thought I would be that low and I just became a life member the

month before. My face did look a little thin. I am glad I am able to maintain my

weight. At this time at my last weigh in I was 120.6. My goal weight is 125.

It is a great feeling to lose the weight, keep it off and eat healthy.

That is all we want I believe. It is not easy all the time I am sure to do

this, but we try our hardest.

I want to congratulate you for doing this for you. Keep up the great work.
