Guest guest
Hi, I know this is a very large topic, but I'm really curious to know if anyone thinks that weight could have anything to do with fibroid growth. I'm just trying to rack my brain to think of how my fibroid could get so big (approx 17cm (4 1/2 month ??? - I think that's how it's figured out). Anyways, I've gained about 30 lbs over the last 7 years, I'm 37... and well, my fibroid seems to be getting bigger along with my weight. I don't know, could it be?...but I guess there are others with large fibroids without being overweight, eh? H-mmm. Just thinking! I would really like to lose this extra weight to find out, but am having a very difficult time. Always some excuse after another, too tired, my back hurts, I feel depressed..... As I've mentioned in previous e-mails, I'm tentatively scheduled for abdominal myomectomy surgery in March, but I'm starting (always thinking) that perhaps if ONLY I could lose weight, then would my fibroid shrink, then I wouldn't have to have surgery... Thanks for listening. Susie
