Thank you all for your help. I definitely haven't been adding enough

fats and I will see if eliminating the brown rice helps. Which

veggies are considered bad or are all good, I think I've heard that

corn should be avoided, anythign else?

I am extremely reluctant to take any articles to a doctor, since I had

one actually start shouting at me for showing him one. He didn't even

read it either, just started yelling at me, as soon as I handed it to him.

Any good lowcarb diet list should be helpful to you. There are a lot of

online low carb sites too. I use The Metabolic Typing Diet (book) for

good protein/fat info, though it does allow limited root veg and even

some corn and very limited grains (very small servings, with butter) for

certain protein types. I can't handle much of those though.

But I always go back to Atkins, with the exception that I now believe he

is wrong about soy foods, so I ignore/avoid any recipes with soy. I am

experimenting with almond meal to substitute for soy in some recipes.

And some people cook with coconut flour which is low-carb and gluten

free. I bought the book but didn't realize every recipe would be

absolutely full of eggs. I have to strictly monitor my egg intake so the

recipes are mainly useless to me, but the book has some good info as

well so I kept it.

Somebody needs to send Dr. Haig a lifetime supply of fluoridated water

in plastic chemical leaching bottles!! What an arrogant ass.
