Guest guest Posted May 29, 2001 Report Share Posted May 29, 2001 OK, recently an idea was posted about cream cheese and Jell-O. (If it wasn't on this list, sorry. I get confused sometimes. ) Then someone else suggested some cream might be good too. Well, I got inspired, and I made something yesterday that's THE BOMB!!!! It's SO good. Here's what I did. I took 16oz of cream cheese and let it get to room temperature. Then I dissolved a small pack of Jell-O in 1c of boiling water. I whipped that into the cream cheese. THEn, I got out a smaller bowl and whipped 1c of cream, 2T Splenda, and about 1/2t vanilla 'til it was whipped cream texture. THEn, I whipped the cream into the Jell-O/cream cheese mixture. I portioned it into muffin cups (14, filled to the brim), and I put it in the fridge to firm up. YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!!!!!! Oh, man!
