Guest guest Posted July 19, 2005 Report Share Posted July 19, 2005 It's a slow start today but I figure it takes a day or two to really get in the swing of things. 1 - 2 eggs, 1 oz LF cheese, 2 pieces turkey bacon 2 - fish, broccoli 3 - salad with avocado 4 - beef stroganoff (modified and minus the noodles), spinach, salad 5 - plain yogurt exercise - 30 minute walk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
