Im going to be testing a new desert recipe next week, and if it works, I will post it for y'all! Anyway, hubby and I were talking last night, and he suggested I get with you and see what you reccomend for all purpose GF cookbooks, and pick up a few in english before we head to Finland. Altho I can read finnish well, sometimes I loose things in translation. So, if you all could be so kind and let me know some of your favorites, I can get busy spending the Ol mans hard earned $$$! Guest guest Posted February 18, 2006 Report Share Posted February 18, 2006 My all-time favorite cookbooks for gluten-free cooking are: 1) Bette Hagman's Gluten-Free Gourmet series, and 2) Carol Fenster's Savory Palate cookbooks. I think that Carol's recipes are probably healthier, but I'm not sure they taste better. Carol has a beautifule web site: " Savory Palate.com " . The pictures are mouth- watering, and she kindly shares recipes with us, so we get a chance to try before we buy! Good luck in your pursuit!
