Guest guest
Hi Shara Well, sorry to hear that, but, in a way, it's probably a relief to get the diagnosis. There are worse things than IgAN, especially if it's still mild. Good luck with your appointment. I see the Doctor on Thursday to determine what comes next. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. I'm sure I'll have a lot more questions to ask and many things to learn from you all. - Shara >
Guest guest
Thank you Pierre. Yeah it is a relief to know. I'm anxious to learn what it is I should do next. And, you're right. It could be a lot worse. - Shara > Hi Shara > > Well, sorry to hear that, but, in a way, it's probably a relief to get the > diagnosis. Guest guest
Hi Shara, Well, I am sorry your diagnosis makes it official, and I do hope and pray that you are in the majority who never reach end stage. The good news is that somewhere between 50-70% never get to the point of needing dialysis or a transplant so the odds are in your favor. Please let us know what the doctor says on Thursday as far as what treatment he is recommending. Just know that you have all of us here to walk this path with you so you are not alone! Guest guest
Shara let us know what your doctor has to say on Thursday. Seems like many of us are having things done Thursday.....hmmm... I'm sorry to hear your biopsy makes it official but hopefully it is a mild case and will never get to ESRF. Remember you are not alone with this, we can all walk the path together. Amy I'm official For some reason it was not allowing me to post my message on the web site so I'm trying via e-mail.
