read that it's the only chelator that can cross brain membrane as it is lipid-soluble to remove heavy metals from the brain. sounds interesting... but a bit worried about other side effect.how often can I give him charcoal to reduce the stimming?

valtrex 500mg 3x, diflucan 150mg.OMX + chewable probiotics + L.Plantarum.The stimming is definitely valtrex-related; he was calming down on diflucan alone. It's worse early in the morning(assuming the night dose of valtrex has done its job thru the night and there's a flood of toxins from die-off waiting to be cleared). We give him probiotics just before bed, too.His stool consistency has also changed, so we're adding psyllium husk, mixed in with the charcoal and probiotics.Wondering when to add in the OLE, B12 and do the chelation. Very difficult days ahead...To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Saturday, January 8, 2011 10:44:18Subject: Re: Re:

No, I meant what protocol are you using for the ALA? What's the dose? That kind of stuff.

you have to remember if it can move metals OUT of the brain crossing the BBB that means it can also push metals IN from the body

I haven't started yet... fact finding first. don't want to beat the gun again :)Am looking at ALA in capsule form(only one I've found in sunny Malaysia), haven't gone as far as dosage considerations. To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Saturday, January 8, 2011 12:15:31Subject: Re: Re:

may i suggest:http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/Lot's of info on ALA and AC chelation there. If you're looking at DAN dosages, I really have nothing I can offer as far as reference material.

Thanks, Cheryl. Wow, quite a few things to consider. The schedule of medication and supps are weighing heavy on the wife. Will valtrex or diflucan affect the probiotics? I've tried to keep a 2 hrs buffer; would be easier to manage otherwise. To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Saturday, January 8, 2011

No, you only need to worry about keeping antibiotics away from probiotics. You can take V/D with.

What protocol are you using?

read that it's the only chelator that can cross brain membrane as it is lipid-soluble to remove heavy metals from the brain. sounds interesting... but a bit worried about other side effect.how often can I give him charcoal to reduce the stimming?

No, you only need to worry about keeping antibiotics away from probiotics. You can take V/D with.

Thanks, Cheryl. Wow, quite a few things to consider. The schedule of medication and supps are weighing heavy on the wife. Will valtrex or diflucan affect the probiotics? I've tried to keep a 2 hrs buffer; would be easier to manage otherwise. To: mb12 valtrex Sent: Saturday, January 8, 2011

may i suggest:http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/Lot's of info on ALA and AC chelation there. If you're looking at DAN dosages, I really have nothing I can offer as far as reference material.

No, I meant what protocol are you using for the ALA? What's the dose? That kind of stuff.

valtrex 500mg 3x, diflucan 150mg.OMX + chewable probiotics + L.Plantarum.The stimming is definitely valtrex-related; he was calming down on diflucan alone.
