Guest guest
Thanks so much Val! My head is spinning rofl. Very interesting. So I should not bother with isocort? Will increasing my armour help? I hope to get to 3 grains in a month if the doctor allows it. She just increased me to 2.5 Elaine > > 7-8 am 14 (13-24) > 11-noon 4 (5-10) > 4-5 3 (3-8) > 11-midnight 1 (1-4) > > OK this is not a pattern I see with adrneal fatigue! With plain adrenal fatigue when the daytime levels are this low the midnight one is almost ALWAYS high. This points to pituitary trouble too. JUst plain not enough ACTH to tell the adrenals what to make so equally low all day and night. I would push for ACTH serum and ACTH Stim testing. These will be definitive to tell you what is going on, and I suspect your ACTH will be low. If it si there is no point in trying to build your adrenals with supplements and you should be replacing the low cortisol with HC. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ >
Guest guest
I just realized from reading tonight I had the ACTH stimulation test a year ago from an endo I have since fired. I am going to call tomorrow to get the results send to me.
