Guest guest
, Welcome to our group. Lots of suggestions abound within our list. Your Alycin may be one of those bf babies who only has bms once a week. But, in the meantime, try adding prunes to your diet. The laxative effect that they have on you will also pass over through your bm to DD. Wishing you luck, Amy Lynn M. mother to 1-25-98 and 2-10-

Guest guest
Hi Seth, I have known for the longest time that digestion and regularity had major impact on the condition of my skin. I kept record of what helped along with what made things worse for years. I spent hundreds of hours researching all aspects. And that is basically how I put my diet program together. Chewing longer and adding more fiber and oil to the diet are the most important factors necessary to improve digestion and transit time. I had digestive problems for 30 years along with more bowel episodes than you would want to hear about. Following the basics of my program and keeping record of what works for you as an individual will improve digestion. Than your skin problems will also improve. Take care, Mark Seth 1 wrote: > Hello group. > > I just thought I’d describe a very interesting episode that occurred two > weeks ago. Guest guest
Seth, You may be onto something here---I'm tracking myself in this regard and by golly! don't know if its bacterial or what but the diarrhea like symptoms flushing and bumps seem to be connected; I've upped my intake of acidophilus/etc liquid, and capsules...certainly can't hurt! and also am trying to remember to be " better " about my drinking quantities of water--which I've fallen off of lately, due to travel Thanks!
