Guest guest
I have a sister visiting and she is just figuring out that she is definately gluten intolerant. Our question is.... does anyone know if the generic form of Ritalin from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals (goes under METHYLIN® ER) is gluten free or not. We have removed gluten for several days and she was doing much better, but then took this medicine (for sleep disorders) and has been pooping profusly ever since. It is not on the GF drug lists, no ingredients are listed on their website, and of course they are not open on the weekend.... Any help??? Thanks!!! Guest guest
Actually, this link is probably better-- for the same site below...just the home page with all their links and a disclaimer on it. http://www.glutenfreedrugs.com :-) in VA drug question I have a sister visiting and she is just figuring out that she is definately gluten intolerant. Guest guest
Thanks . Unfortunately it was not on that list either. I have also tried the Delphi Forums list and the one from Clan . I am thinking that since Ritalin is such a commonly prescribed medicine and one I would think people would be checking for a generic on, I am guessing that if I am not seeing it on the lists, it is not GF. I will check Monday with the company to be certain, but this will give us info for the weekend. Thanks again.
