I keep talking to people who got mycotoxic or have MCS (or commonly, both), and they all have had some steroid involvement. I just met an MCS victim who was being treated for mold toxicity, who was non-MCS. The day after she was treated with Prednisone, she woke up with MCS. Hellish. Guest guest Posted July 5, 2005 Report Posted July 5, 2005 NO, NO, NO steroids - ever. Only in extreme emergencies. Those things suppress the immune system (that's what they are supposed to do.) You won't have a chance in hell of recovering from much of anything on those things. Steroids is like a chainsaw helping a pit-bull tear off your leg. (nice visual, eh?)
