Next - I am so sorry things have gotten to the point w/ Chavon that you guys had to call Social Services. Sierra deserves so much better than Chavon is giving!!! I wish she would wake up and see what she is doing to both of her children!!!! I hope the system works for you and Bob this time, but from personal experience I wouldn't hold my breath on it just yet . Here the child pretty much has to come to harm before anyone does anything (Stomping my feet and Screaming here!!!)!! Lastly - on the diet front I am glad things are going well and that you found a clinic that will work with you and that says you are doing all of the right things!!!(Of course, I still have that hope that you will have to postpone the surgery because you are pg !). A friend of mine has a sister and a mom who have both had the gastic by-pass surgery and have had great success with it (lost around 100 lbs). Hope things continue to go well w/ the meds and that the Dr. who wants/wanted you to take something that WILL cause birth defects gets some enlightenment!!!Some people have NO CLUE.
