Guest guest
I had the best lunch on a hot day. I took a fresh tomato, hollowed it out. I chopped up the meat that I got from the inside and added it to some salmon chunks with a bit of mayo. Put the salmon/mayo/tomato stuff back into the tomato and delish! I had a glass of milk with it. (my snack will be another tomato with the rest of the mix inside!) I haven't been drinking milk since I started this diet, so I decided to start putting it back on the menu, because I have such nasty calf cramps at night. It reminds me of when I was pregnant (no I'm not!) I had read of leg cramps being a sign of calcium deficiency, but I've been eating a bit of cheese every day. I know it's a sign of dehydration as well, but I get up and run to the bathroom at least twice a night, so I don't think that's it. Anyone else have leg cramps and get them figured out? This morning's cramp was a doozy. It cramped my calf first, and then as I jumped out of bed to stand on it, the shin side cramped, too.
