I love 's tapes! I am also a teacher and mother of 2 small kids, and I

do the videos at 5 in the morning! They are so easy to follow and I don't find

them boring. I definately recommend them!

I have about 5 of Sansone's tapes. They are a good workout -

always get me working hard. That said, I think they're incredibly

boring. When I work out in my living room I want to DANCE! Even though

I move like a pregnant hippo these days, it's still more fun to try to

dance than walk in place. I have about 60 workout tapes total. I

recommend checking out www.collagevideo.com. They have tons of videos

for sale as well as a tape finder for your fitness level.

I would highly recommend Sansone's tapes. They are my main source of

exercise at this point, and this might sound funny, but I love the fact that the

music is really sort of generic so it doesn't get stuck in your head. Another

good thing about them is that you can get whatever kind of workout you want out

of them. Bounce around a little and you've got a heavy workout, or just mosey

through them for a light workout. :)

Is anyone familiar with the Sansone exercise tapes and would

you recommend them or any others.

Debra, thanks for that site. There are so many to choose from that

Santa might have to get her several. Call me crazy, but I liked the

music on the tapes. Can you tell how old I am? The

50's are my thing but probably would not appeal to my daughter. I

liked the idea that you can see a short excerpt from each one and

there are reviews from individuals also. Thanks, you just made my

Christmas shopping a lot easier.

I just love s tapes!! I bought the 3 pack off of Amazon.com and it

came with the hand held weights too. It was the best deal I found on them.

It came with the 1, 2, and 3 mile walks. The one mile is like 18min long

and the 2 miles is 32 (I think) they are really fast and easy to do. I do a

quick one while my 3yr old is napping.

One other group of tapes you may want to consider is Power90, it is a 90

day boot camp. 3 days a week of cardio and 3 days of weight training. When I

did it this summer, I lost some inches but not any weigh. I am plan on starting

up another 90 day tour of duty within in the next few weeks.

You can take a look at www.beachbody.com They

also have an informerical out

as well and there is another hard tape that folks on their board rave about.

Yes, the WATP tapes are great and not expensive. I have the 1 and 2

mile combo and it might have been $8.99!

exercise tapes

Is anyone familiar with the Sansone exercise tapes and would

you recommend them or any others. I am thinking of getting some for

my daughter who has just started back on WW. I must have inspired

her. :-) Actually she was a lifetime member after losing 30+

pounds before her daughter was born. She has gained all of it back

and then some. She does not have much time to go to the gym as she

is a single mom, teacher and has a 4 year old. I told her she

should try to make time to exercise the same as you would make time

to eat, brush your teeth and bathe. I thought it might be easier

for her to exercise at home though. Thanks for any info.

Also, wish me luck as I am going out of town for a week to visit my

MIL, who is an official " food pusher " . I plan to be assertive this

time while trying very hard not to hurt her feelings. It is hard

enough having to eat at someone else's house and in restaurants

without someone constantly trying to coerce you to eat more.
