Boy do I hear what your saying! From a womens stand point. I have

hips,and a waist and I have pretty lil feet.I lost a whole shoe

size! My fingers are long and slim ,which makes my 2ct diamond look

amazeing!! lol (sorry guys I had to toss that in!! LOL I am the up

coming bride afer all (smile) Gemellow when I hit plateau I don't

mind ether. Like I've said thats the time people notice me the most.

Its amazeing whatching my body change.
