Hi Just wanted to say that this depends on the state you live in. I was qualified for SS the first year I was injured and they paid me that first year also. No problems with that at all...it was when their Dr.s said I had improved that the trouble started...lol Eventually I recieved it and have had no problems at all...It does take some time. Good Luck..
