Jim,

I doubt it :o) There is nothing new that we can find other

than Comtan helps extend the benefits of Sinemet for some people.

The previous email about Riszerol (sp) studies may help extend benefits

also, but the results are three years off. If there is a major breakthough

in the research, I'll bet this list finds out about it as fast as anyone.

Presently, having a doctor that will work with you to contain the symptoms

and try different meds is about the best you can hope for.

Take care, Bill and Charlotte

Hello

all, A question for

all. If one has a neurologist he trusts and seems well up on MSA, and there

is a specialist in MSA 100 Miles away, Is there a rational for going to

see this specialist? God

Dear ,

My husband is a specialist in Medicine and we are firm believers in seeing

someone who is knowledgable in his particular area. My husband is traveling

by plane to see Dr Gilman in a week. He was highly reccomended and we are

going to him to get a final diagnosis. After that, we may see someone

locally. We just want a definate diagnosis so we can move knowing that we

went to one of the best.
