TK--- It depends on how many mistakes I make, how long my rounds are and a number of factors I am not always in control of. I actually haven't chelated for a couple months due to the problems I have been having - Well looks like the problem was [just guessing] I wasn't chelating as they all went away during the round. > > My last round was the first round like that for me - it seemed > perfect, like I had finally found just the right dose and frequency. > No significant emotional or physical symptoms! I know you've been at this awhile, and off and on at first, but how many rounds have you done since you've been doing this more consistently, and at what dose? TK--- Hi Jackie, I do not keep track of the number of rounds as I knew this was going to be a long process for me with the levels I had. I am using 50mg ALA & 50mg DMPS. This round I experimented a little with starting with only 25mg ALA to see where I was at but had too many symptoms and added the DMPS by bed time, the next day I was fine and doing great and increased the ALA back up to 50mg. I did try this time reducing dosage on the last day ending up with only 25mg DMPS for the last two doses - I seem to be ok this morning with no ill effects from doing it and still feeling very good with lots of energy. I am not recommending this it was a personal experiment as several people say this helps them and I wanted to see if it made any difference. ------Jackie T. > > > > > >
Guest guest
This is great news! Congratulations. It's good to hear a progress story too. I just finished my fourth round. The last two were using the Cutler protocol. The first two were hellish, the third one was very unpleasant. And this last one was just a little bit unpleasant. After recovering from the third round I actually had a few hours of a feeling of well being. I'm hoping for more of that in the days to come. Guest guest
Hi Can you tell us more specifics on what you are taking, how much, and how often? And what did you do on the first two rounds that wasn't the Cutler protocol? Thanks! Jackie T. Re: Very good round This is great news! Congratulations. It's good to hear a progress story too.
