DMSA and the supplements I'm on -Ned, , Fats

One other thing that works for me to clear the brain fog is glycine.

Andy talks about it in the book. Take it also on an empty stomach,

apart from your other supplements to see if it does the trick.

Alka Seltzer gold has really helped me to clear some of the brain fog.

It may help you if you can find it. It contains: citric acid, 832 mg;

potassium bicarbonate, 312 mg; sodium bicarbonate, 958 mg.
