Guest guest
Hi Louise, Welcome to the group. I'm sure your experience will be valuable to us all. Carollibra783 wrote: Hi all, My name is Louise and I am 3 years Post-Op. I has a laprascropic Gastric Bypass in March 2001. I have lost a total of 125 lbs. I have finally leveled off and have maintained this weight for about 6 months to a year (It took me longer to level off due to a bad car accident). I just wanted to say hello and to let anyone who may have questions that they may feel free to ask me ANYTHING about the process. I am from NJ. Anyone from that area that has questions about a Dr. feel free to ask, I know several of them state wide. Whether you from from the same area or not, I'm happy to help anyone who may need it. Finally, anyone who is scheduled, GOOD LUCK! Louise
Guest guest
Hi Louise, Welcome aboard! I hope that you find this group to be a valuable source of support - I know that I have. I look forward to getting to know you. So . . . where did you have your surgery? Was it in NJ or out here? With your 125 pound loss, are you at your goal? What about reconstructive surgery - have you had any or are you contemplating any? If I am being too nosy . . . please, forgive me and ignore my questions. I am just way too curious. Guest guest
Hi Louise, Thanks for answering. Wow! You have done really well. I hope that you are proud of yourself - because you certainly deserve to be. I think that it is great that you and your mom have gone through this together. How is she doing?
