Guest guest
Hi Jen, Just want to wish you success with your "9 Weeks/25 Pounds Challenge" - how wonderful to be so close to your goal! Jen Hogsett wrote: .. . . My 1 year WLS birthday is in exactly 9 weeks, and I've currently lost 97 pounds! My goal weight is at a 121-lb. loss, so I've challenged myself with a "9 Weeks/25 Pounds Challenge". If I can get 25 pounds off by March 14, I will be 1 pound below my goal weight! I think that I am at a point in my journey where this is very attainable, but I am quickly losing my "12 - 18 month window of opportunity". So, I'm going to give it my best shot, and not beat myself up if I do not make it! .. . . Hugs to all!! Jen

Guest guest
Happy Anniversary!!! In your personal opinion how fast did this past year go and how much better do you feel compared to this time last year? How long did it take you to work your way through the Kaiser meat grinder? I've been on the road so long with them, I feel as if they have chewed me up and spit me out but at least I've finally gotten a date. Now if I can just keep from gaining anything until surgery day. *sigh* Kathleen in Galt > >Reply-To: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients >To: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients >Subject: Re: quick update >Date: Sun, 08 Feb 2004 05:43:55 -0000 > >just a bump > > > > Hi to all the new people.
