Guest guest
The Lacey's I am in shock right now, but I just got a call that Bud Lacey, donna's husband died--the result of a car accident I believe. And for those of you who don't know Tim has been in CHOP for about the last month too, they almost lost him. So, please keep the laceys in your prayers and as I get information I will let you know. Guest guest
Please let Donna and her family know that we are thinking of them. This is truly a sad moment in time and so unfair. They will be in our thoughts. The Murray's , Jay, and P.S. If it wasn't for Donna (going back almost 7 years) I would never have made it through the beginning when the boys were first diagnosed. I will never forget her and Bud spending the time(hours of their time)helping my husband and I just make sense of it all in the beginning. I just thought I would share that with all. She was so giving and patient and it seemed like that never stopped after all these years. I just wish that in the near future the sun will shine again for her. We are truly so sorry. Guest guest
, thank you for doing this. I am not sure it will be easy or even possible to convey our sadness to this wonderful family who has helped us all and who, despite their own hard times, have maintained a positive outlook on life. Bud and his inimitable sense of humor and ability to get to the heart of a matter, will be missed. Donna, Tim, and are with me, as I know with everyone, at every moment these days. pam > ---------- > From: Pat and Halloran > Reply To: CHARGE > Sent: Friday, January 16, 2004 10:38 AM > To: CHARGE > Subject: Re: Fw: The Lacey's > > I have copied all the messages for Donna and I will give them to her. Donna is and has been such an inspiration for me too, she has helped me so much with my timmy --never stopped giving and always a source of strength.
