Guest guest
I do know women who are in perimonopause who take calcium, magnesium supplements and report huge differences in mood as you describe. I also take a therapeutic dose of omega threes that is formulated for mood stabilization, levels out the ups and downs. The product is called Omega Brites and I get it from their web site. In the meantime I am glad you are feeling up and that the first day on the job was good. Kim Mom to Dylan 7 CHaRGE, Kayla 13, Tyler 16 > Charlene, > Pleased to hear you're having all that fun.
