Guest guest
Today (and last night) I had some extreamly painful leg spasms. It was to the point where I could not walk cause my leg muscles contracted in a weird way. It hurt too. it was like instead of my muscles streching they bunched up and I had the tingly feeling like when your legs fall asleep. They still hurt rignt now. I am going to try taking calcium/magnisium tablets to see if that helps. I will keep you all posted. I have never had this but I think Ann may be right in guessing its calcium as ive been avoiding dairy. I noticed my monthly pms hasnt been as bad the past two months as when I was drinking milk regularly. Chantelle
Guest guest
I have also noticed with me if I cut back on my daily amount of dairy and calcium intake then I get a feeling that my bones are in desperate need of calcium. Also my period needs the intake or it goes away practically to non - existence. The first sign of my body telling me something is off is when my period has diminished. Guest guest
I don't think this is just a CHARGE thing. I vividly remember being little. My parents were having a very fancy party, and I got leg " cramps " for the first time in my life. It was ungodly painful. I get them to this day - ånd when they hit, I always try to remember whether I've had my calcium. I've actually worried about this with ; there's no way on earth she could describe this to us with her sign...and my husband gets it, too. In pregnancy classes, he was taught how to stretch my heel- or rather to pull my toes back. We still do this, and it helps a great deal. Just do it HARD.
