Guest guest Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 Hi you seem to have some similar stuff to me. Here is about me a little. I was born in Chatham Ontario. I had colombomas, choanal atrisia, mild facial palsy on both sides but its not too noticable I think. Just affects my smiles, most ppl who dont know me think im grimmicing but the ppl who know me know that its a smile so thats good. I have hearing imparment on both ears. I cant smell very well but my taste is very good. I think I " smell " once the food is in my mouth. I had a hart condition that was fixed up mostly by the time I was in kindergarden. I also have some endocrin issues (dont worry I am seeing an Endo). I was very short growing up but I had hormone replacement therapy so now im tall! (well 5 feet 3.5 inches) In highschool I did not make very many friends. I think there were many years where I was suffering depression and did try to kill myself on a number of occasions. Im not taking meds now but I do a lot of relaxation to destress so I dont get depressed again. So far things are good. I am currently living just up on the escarpment on Millgrove just near rock chaple road and a little scoot from Cootes Sorry couldnt resist that one but im moving to Hamilton downtown or Dundas when I get into a subsidized housing place. Hopefully i will be in dundas but some of the places in downtown and hamilton west are really nice. Westdale is the nicest actualy. Where abouts in Hamlyton are you? I am currently working but looking for a new job, probably in a day care or something like that. I am going to go to Mohawk college and do the occupational therapy assistant program.
