I have to agree things are always

better after you get OUT of the hospital somehow.

Surfing already! I have got to spend more time on the computer with Aubrie!

She is not very independent on the computer yet and it's a goal at school that

she develop those skills. I don't know how much time they are working on it at

school, but I've been neglecting it at home. Picture me hitting " send " and

walking away with my tail between my legs...

Expected Discharge Tomorrow

After a rough weekend where we ended up for a night back in the step-down

unit, Kennedy is doing just fine today and we are expecting to be discharged to

the Mc House tomorrow. That's the good news, unfortunately, we

have to stay in Toronto another week to come back for post-op clinic next week.

Just when we thought we might get back a little early!

Anyway, Kennedy is quite happy as the Child Life Specialist came today and

brought her a computer for her room upstairs, so she's upstairs surfing the

Internet playing her favourite PBSkids.org games.
