Hi Chantelle,

We used to sell these at the agency where I work. They sold watches

with alarms for $25.00 to $50.00 US. I believe the watches are

available through Communications, whichs sells all kind of

equipement and supplies related to sign language and deafness. They

have an online catalogue which you can probably find by searching for

Communications. Dawn Sign Press, which also has an online

catalogue, probably has watches as well. IF there is a deaf agency enar

you, you may find the watches there if they have a shop.

Good luck finding the right watch. There are also alarm clocks that can

shake your bed and wake you up. They are put under pillows or

mattresses.

I think turnig up my radio alarm really loud is not good cause it

would desturb the neighbours, so I need to find something elce.

Chantelle,

I don't know about a watch but at the Helen Keller Center Patty finally found an

alarm clock that wakes her. It is called The Sonic Boom. Yes it is loud! But

it also has this thing you place under the bed and when the alarm goes off it

vibrates the bed. She absolutely loves it!

's clock is called Shake Awake. We got it from a catalog which is long

gone and I don't remember the name of it. It was full of deaf/hard-of- hearing

product. It also has a loud alarm and a plug where you can make a light blink.

The light and loud alarm didn't work but the bed shaker does. the alram was so

loud it woke me up downstairs but not her, and I would go wake her up. That did

work at all. :) The only problem we have is that the way our house is built it

shakes her bed and the downstairs wall too. The bed frame must rest on a beam

or something. She took it to college and it works great.
