I think my tendons flare as much and maybe more than my joints do.

I have no helpful ideas, tho, except I wear a splint when they flare, and use

ice sometimes....and cry a lot.and hold my hands up against my chest a

lot....when it is in my feet or legs etc....whew...thats harder in some

ways......
