I'm gonna be thinking about them dairy cows in CA...when I make that sinful crock pot cake...yes.. .I was out buying the ingredients today! I can barely walk now from the super market--we went to the HUGE one...and ya ready for how I'm making this cake even MORE decadent...I' ll probably get sick! lol! like your sons! lol! Instead of instant chocolate pudding mix...oh, I'm a sinner...I bought...instant dark chocolate MOUSSE!! If I don't pass out after I consume this...I'll let ya know how it is! ROFL!

Ok...now I have another idea to add to our recipe box: what's for dinner? it can be mac and cheese, hotdogs...whatever you're having...maybe that's dumb...we have MS...we don't want to talk about what we're eating for dinner....but since we're not doing that...here' s what I whipped up for dinner tonight: simple--took red pepper, yellow and green squash, scallions, mushrooms, tofu--the firm, and cubed it, and jumbo shrimp--stir fried it all with loads of garlic, olive oil and soy sauce. Hub will be home soon, so I can tell you how it tastes--we're waiting on him for dinner.

I went this morning. I had, I don't know how many viles taken. I didn't watch. LOL. I HATE needles! Then, they wanted a urine sample. Poleeeeeze! I hadn't had anything to drink in over 13 hours, I couldn't even dribble. So that will have to wait untill I go back. They decided to do the EKG today and a chest X-ray. That was it. In and out. I was home by 10:30am.

My back is still killing me. The spasm oil isn't working for some ungodly reason.. It's so strange...I can move my head from side to side, but when I nod with my chin to chest....Yeeeowzers! It's like someone is grabbing my back and squeezing the daylights out of the muscle. I can't even raise my hands over my head without it hurting.

I go back to the Dr. on the 9th. If I'm still hurting then, I'll be putting that on the top of the list.

I hope you are doing allright. You didn't have the table tilt done today? When do you go back?

Hey Val! Did they give you your ekg and chest x-ray

results? Well,im glad thats outta the way. No. I didnt

go for my test.I called to double check what floor of

thee hospital I had to go to and the lady said they

had been trying to reach me because they had to cancel

it. She was suppose to call me back for an appt. For

next week but didnt. I have so many stupid appts.

Sounds like you got the run around. If they were trying to get ahold of you, how come you had to call them? I hope they get their act together so you can get your tests done.

When I went to the dr. today, they kept asking me if I was there to make an appt. I told them, no, I was there because I had an appt. So the girl is looking in the computer for Valene Lee. Not there. Then she asks me again if I had an appt. I'm like, Uh, yeah. Then she asks me my name. I tell her Valene Lee. After about 5 min. I finally say, Look under Valene Metro. Well, wouldn't you know it? There it is under my former last name. Now...How do you suppose they got that? I wish I knew.
