EAT AS MUCH AS YOUR BODY NEEDS, but eat healthier foods and lots of

fruit and veggies...Just don't eat too much at one sitting and you

should be just fine!!

Can't stop eating

Okay- I'm 21 weeks along, and I can't stop eating. I feel like

I'm hungry

all the time. I'm really worried about weight gain. I gained

my first 3

lbs last month, but if I keep eating like this, who knows where

I'll be by

next month. Help!! I'm kinda freaked out!!

Janine -

I am at 27 weeks and am kind of going through the same thing. I definitely

have been avoiding the junk food because I know how easy it will be for me

to just go psycho on it. I have been eating protein ( i.e. tuna ) when I

feel those hunger pangs or drinking a protein supplement. I don't know if

the baby is taking more calories or if it is in my head. I gained 2 pounds

at my last visit but have lost that and a little more since then. Hopefully

this is just a quick phase we are going through!

Janine if you are eating the right foods I wouldn't worry about it.

Just stay away from the junk food. The weight will come off at the

end you'll see. Meanwhile your body is sending a signal to eat and

nourish yourself and that baby

Hang in there.
