Guest guest
I recently went to a aromatheraphy lecture and was very impressed. They showed a tape, which had several people discuss their severe burns which went away afer using lavender oil. The light bulb in my head got turned on when I looked at my red hands from the side effects of the Xeloda. I applied some from the sample being passed around to my hands and feet and later noticed that the redness went down on my hands and feet. The oils should not be applied to open cuts. Here are some interesting facts. Oils will penetrate every cell in your body within 21 minutes. It takes 13 to 23 hours for the therapeutic constituents of dried herbs to reach the cells of the human body after ingestion. During the plague of the 17 th century, a small band of thieves entering the homes of plague victims and stripping the dead bodies of money, jewelry and anything of value. Although the plague was highly contagious, not one of ths morbid band ever contracted the dreaded plague ... even though their thefts had put them in constant daily contact with the bodies of the plague victims. The thieves were all members of the same family ... a family from a long line of Apothecaries. Because of their intimate knowledge of the healing arts, passed down from generation to generation, they were familiar with a combination of specific plant oils that, when rubbed on the human body would protect the body from contracting this feared and deadly disease. . . . Lemon oil is good for the immune system ... Peppermint oil gives you energy. I recently purchased at a discount drug store an immune oil with Maitake mushroom in it. Here is a link, but kinda pricey. http://www.youngliving.com Another link for alternative is http://mdanderson.org/cimer/ They told me at the clinic that would do another spiral scan and compare it with the previous one for the bowel loop and if it increased then do a PET scan. Guest guest
Hi Cliff, Thanks for the info. I have been having blistering/peeling and sore hands and feet (onc. thinks it's from the 5FU 44 hour infusions) and will look into the oils. Take Care, Kathy O.
