Guest guest
Hi, My name Les and I was diagnosed with Type 2 in February of this year. I am married, male and 57 years old. I was diagnosed when they were doing some other blood work for an infection I had at the time. I am on 850 mg of Metformin twice a day and have gotten my HbA1C down from 8.0 in February to 5.7 recently. I continue to watch what I eat as I am also extremely overweight but have lost 48 pounds since being diagnosed. Guest guest
Thanks for the welcome Rita. I am hoping to eventually get off of the meds but we'll have to see about that. My A1C was good but I have had some higher morning numbers at times lately. I can usually trace them to what I ate the day before but not always. Lately I have been having a little harder time staying on the program. Les -----Original Message----- Hi Les Welcome...l am a type 2 too...on Insulin..
