HI Hollis,

Thanks hon for the feed back on the Emu oil and indeed the one you mentioned, ''Laid in Montana'' is the brand that was the most researched and suggested by a large group of women (mostly with the LS) even as far as the food the Emu's were fed and the vats used and humanely treated, etc.. So you did find what many feel is the most natural and effective. ;)

I'm glad to hear you like it and it is expensive (no doubt about that) but such a light oil that it almost feels like nothing on and very little is actually needed. When I first received mine it was in the winter and it was almost a solid and soon as it heated up in the house it was fine. *grin* You do want to be careful though if using it with something say like a steroid, since the Emu oil is a penetrator/carrier it may take it too deep into the tissue and a 'few' members had a problem with that combination and pretty bad irritation, (not from the Emu oil but the additional med) Otherwise it seems to be good esp. with the Estrace since we would want that penetrate a bit deeper into the tissue. (as long as that's not an irritant)

Just to say I'm really enjoying your posts on the thyroid too. I really am trying to learn more about the thyroid *smile* and that is certainly your forte' no doubt about it hon.

I'm having a complete blood profile done right now (and some other tests) and didn't have a chance to ask about specifics (and I know better, LOL) but I'm hoping all the right ones were done. (no results yet) it's a brand new doctor and I didn't want to act too smart alecky *grin*.... and I just asked if it's a complete panel of everything and he said yes, so we'll see and his writing is atrocious, LOL normally I can figure those out, but not this time.

Ya gotta be gentle with them at first and sort of break them in. *chuckle* but so far I really like the guy and he's ordered tests I would have asked for and didn't need to, they were 'his' idea *grin* and he seemed to listen. ;) But "C-Ching' Whew... is he a good looking son of a gun, *chuckle* it was hard to concentrate, ha ha ha.

Hugs hon and take care.

Dee~
