Guest guest
Hi, everyone. I don't know what I would have done without hospice, when my husband died!!! I called them, after I was totally stressed out, from care giving my blind husband. His kidneys had failed, he had congestive heart failure, he had dialysis three times a week, and he had lung cancer. When I called them, I burst into tears, and was almost non coherent. I really think I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown! Hospice is a God send in my opinion! We had a social worker visting every week. A nurse did the same. Hospice also sent a volunteer to spend four hours a week with Ralph. We both grew to love all three of them. The volunteer took him for a ridel, or out to lunch, or, just sat and talked with him. It gave me a breather, and literally saved my life. Ralph looked forward to each of them coming to see us. I highly reccomend Hospice to everyone. Hugs, Sheila

Guest guest
Last Friday we stopped by the Hospice office to ask them to stop their services to me because my husband discovered we have only one year's coverage and I'm doing so well lately we figured we needed to save coverage for later on. They assured us that they they would never abandon us, regardless of the insurance situation. Be sure to remember them in your Will. That, plus Foundations set up, is how they continue to be available to those of us in need. They have been wonderful. Just today, the Hospice cleaning lady drove out in a snowstorm to vacuum, dust, scrub my floors and clean my bathrooms. They provide all my meds for free, plus social worker, R.N., etc. They even offer grief counseling for your survivors for six months after your demise. Guest guest
--Suzy- I have had friends who had wonderful experiences with h ospice and care was excellent. So I agree that if you can leave them a gift in your will. They do good. And wish you well, too.
