Hi Sheila in sunny Florida!! What you are describing happened to

someone else here--I think Zina---and she stopped and felt a lot

better. Maybe you don't need adrenal support? She discovered that,

and instead upped her Armour, and got rid of the final symptoms.

Maybe she will see this and pipe in.

I'm melting..I'm melllttting.... in Chicago (88 degrees and

horrible humidity) - my dogs are getting an early start on their

winter coats...you might be right about a cold winter coming.

Hi

I am not taking it with meals, mostly mid morning. Take the Armour

first thing and eat breakfast after an hour or so. Is it better to

take h/c with food?
